Grenville Castings Limited is a leading North American manufacturer of high quality, Low Pressure and Permanent Mold aluminum castings. From our manufacturing facilities in Ontario, Canada we provide "solutions" to our customer's aluminum casting needs.

With a combination of over 50 years of castings experience, the latest technologies coupled with unique processes and highly skilled people, we provide quality aluminum castings for a customer base in both the United States and Canada.

PRECISION THROUGH PROCESS AND PEOPLE

Grenville Casting Limited has set the standard for quality manufactured aluminum casting utilizing Low Pressure and Permanent Mold technologies. We have established this standard through our philosophy of people involvement, participation and responsibility.

Through cellular manufacturing we combine three critical elements: people, technology and quality. This combination, with the ownership and accountability inherent in cellular production, we can successfully provide focus for your casting requirements.

Our Program Management Teams - along with our metallurgical and process engineers - use CAD/CAM geometry, solidification modeling, LOM, prototyping and concurrent engineering to deliver on time superior APQP/PPAP results. Our skilled Production Team members use the latest and (in some cases GCL proprietary) PC controls to maintain high level of process control and quality produced parts time after time.
